You have agreed to abide by the following terms and conditions while using Merva facilities. 

1. All the views, thoughts, and opinions expressed during discussions, events or workshops at Merva (and online in website and social media) are solely those of the contributor, and not of the management of Merva.
2. Merva facilities is meant for members only. Non-members will may take a pass or be invited as guests by existing members.
3. The total number of membership will be limited. The management of Merva reserves the right to membership and the decision of the management shall be final and binding in all matters relating to admission of members.
4. Foreign nationals are requested to provide a photocopy of their passport for management’s records.
5. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the premises, including changing room, toilets and showers.
6. The management expects the members while in the premises, to maintain decent and cultured behaviour and ensure a friendly and peaceful atmosphere.
7. Disputes and misunderstanding between the members should be discussed and settled outside the premises to avoid disturbances and inconvenience to other members. Members are requested to intimate the management should such disputes and misunderstanding arise between the members.
8. Members are requested to follow guidelines and instructions from our trained staff to avoid mishap during their scheduled events. 
9. Merva does not take any responsibility for the loss of any belongings of the members.
10. Memberships are not subject to cancellation. 
11. Events tickets can be cancelled only up to 24 hours prior to the event.
12. The management reserves the right of admission.

• The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.
